Kids Church

Children are a special gift from God – each one uniquely created by Him. We consider it our privilege to be able to build relationships with the children that join us on Sundays and share with them the love of their Creator each week. We aim to do this while having as much fun as possible!

Ages 0 - 24 Months Old

Infants come to play together, eat snacks, and be prayed for by our volunteer teachers.

Nursing moms are also welcome to join us for a place to tend to their newborns and fellowship with other moms.

Ages 2 - 3.5 years Old

Toddlers aged 2 to 3 years learn new concepts about God and being a Christ-follower each month through games, crafts, and Bible story time.

Ages 3.5 - 5 Years Old

Kids in Preschool go through a two-year curriculum that focuses on Bible stories and how they relate back to the gospel through crafts, games, Bible story time, and prayer.

K - 1st Grade

Our kindergarteners and 1st graders start to engage with the Bible more by learning memory verses and being asked observational questions about stories in the Old and New Testaments.

2nd - 3rd Grade

The 2nd & 3rd graders begin utilizing their Bible more by reading and responding to passages at a time, asking and being asked more analytical questions, and continuing to memorize Bible verses.

4th - 5th Grade

The 4th & 5th graders learn how to use the S.O.A.P. method (Scripture, Observation, Application, Prayer) with passages in the Bible, while also learning basic and central theology out of The Purple Book.

Middle School

6th - 8th Grade

Middle schoolers meets during the Sunday Service, right after worship. We have fun playing games, praying together, and learning about God through his Word and community.

High School - ALPHA

9th - 12th Grade

Our High School ministry meets during the week at the home of one of our members. On Sundays, our teenagers are encouraged to attend the main service with their parents.

We are excited to be utilizing the ALPHA for Youth series to guide meaningful and important conversations that all people, especially young people, should be having about the meaning and purpose of their life. Best of all, we've got food, games, and fun! Contact us below to find out more about how to join us!

What Happens On Sunday Mornings

  1. Check-in kids - Get your security stickers and codes as well as the latest announcements.
  2. Worship as a family - Go to the main sanctuary to sing, praise, and worship God together.
  3. Drop off kids in classes* - When dismissed, escort your kids to their respective classes.
  4. Return to service - Parents are encouraged to go back to the sanctuary to listen to the sermon.
  5. Pick up kids from classes - Please make sure to bring your security codes with you to check out your kids.
  6. Enjoy the rest of the day with your family! Be sure to ask your kids about what they've been learning at ENCS Kids Church!
*Because our church meets in a public movie theater, we take security very seriously. We ask that parents partner with us to ensure all of our kids are safe and accounted for!
