Best Practices for Sunday Gathering Teams

Take a picture!

Before you start setting up an area, please take pictures of the original arrangement. Don't rely on pictures you've taken in the past, because the set-up could change from week to week. Good pictures will help ensure resetting the room is as easy as possible!

When in doubt, ask questions

If you're unsure if something can be used or moved, please ask your team lead or a staff member.

No trash left behind

We will clean up any trash that we produce at the end of the night. Please take trash with you or use the dumpsters in the alleyway behind Cross & Crown.
If you need to vacuum, there is one available in the "Storage Closet" upstairs near the toddler room.

Set the room back

At the end of the night, we will reset anything that we moved to its original set-up. Use the pictures that you took to help with this process.
