Logging In (and Why)
Feel free to use this app without logging into the system. However, we encourage you to do so. Here's why:
- Logging in allows you to access saved content, such as:
- Your giving history
- Your saved sermon notes
- Past church-wide notifications
- It will also you allow to message other people at our church using our app. This way you can contact groups within the church, even if you don't have their contact information immediately handy.
How do I create a login?
- To sign up for your account, simply open the side menu (☰) of the app and click Log In or Sign Up. From here, you can choose to sign up by email or using your Facebook account. To sign up with email, simply fill in your email, choose a password, and click Create Account.
- You will receive an email to verify your account. Click the link to verify, and return to the app to complete the process. You will now see your email address in the side menu (☰), and you will be able to access the Notes feature.
The same email is used to log into the app (which includes the Notes functionality) as well as for Giving. If you have already created an account on another church's app (that was made through Subsplash), using the same email will allow you to access your notes from the other church's app as well!
How do I reset my password?
- Tap the side menu (☰) in the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap on your name to get to your account settings.
- Tap “Change Password†and enter your new password.
