In-App Messaging
To access Messaging through your app, open it up and click on the side menu in the top right. There you will see Messaging underneath the name of your app; just click to get started! To use the Messaging features in the app, you will need to be invited to specific channels.
If you open up Messaging and you don’t see any active channels, this means you haven’t been invited to any channels yet. If you would like to be invited to a specific channel or group reach out to that group leader and they can make sure to get you added! Not sure who your group leaders are? Speak to someone on the leadership team for your church or ministry and they can get you connected.

Invitations
You will receive invites either via a text message or email. If you are accepting a text message invite, just follow the instructions in the text message you received. If you are being invited via email, you will want to make sure you open that email on your mobile device and then just follow the instructions therein.
Note: Invites will expire after 5 days, so be sure to keep your eyes out for them. If your invite is not working, just reach out to the leader of the channel and they can get another one sent to you!
