Last year, the ENCS Children and Family ministries planned an event we dubbed, "The Quarantine Olympics". We wanted to get our families together again after over a year of online worship, and what better way to do it than with food and a little friendly competition? It turned out to be a gorgeous July day, and we had more than 15 volunteers, 30+ kids come out - with special appearances by the ice cream man and a balloon artist. More than anything, it was special to just be with our spiritual family again!

This year, we hope to carry on this newfound tradition with our 2nd annual Summer Field Day and BBQ event! There will be field day games for kids, food, and a few fun surprises. Adults can participate as volunteers or spectators to the games.

This is the perfect opportunity for ENCS kids to invite their families, friends, and neighbors to have fun and experience the love of a family in Jesus. All are welcome to this FREE event! Lunch provided.

Register your children at the link below and let us know how many adults will be eating lunch as well.

Registration deadline is 6/22.

Please have your kids dress comfortably and according to the weather. They will need shoes they can run around in, a water bottle, and a hat/sunscreen/sunglasses as shade is limited. Parents can bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket. 

Our games will be designed for kids 4 years old and older. We will have a few activities set up for toddlers + there is a playground on site. Younger sibs can also be cheerleaders for their older sibs.

Since we are a public park, we ask that all adults keep an eye on their children at all times, whether they are on the playground, eating in the food area, or on the field. Kids should go to the restrooms (located on site) with their parent/guardian. There will also be a paper consent form to sign upon check in.
