Home in the City is our opportunity to establish a permanent home for Every Nation Church Seattle—a place where people can encounter Jesus, grow as disciples, and be sent into Seattle and the nations.

God Opened a Door

For more than 25 years, Every Nation Church Seattle has experienced God's faithfulness through every season. We've gathered in theaters, churches, rented spaces, online, homes, and most recently at the Hub. Through every transition, God has continued to build His Church.

Recently, an unexpected opportunity opened. The Hallows Church invited us to purchase their building directly so that gospel ministry could continue in that place.

After much prayer, conversation, and discernment, we believe this opportunity aligns remarkably well with our mission and long-term vision.

While buildings are never the mission, they can remove barriers to ministry.  We believe this opportunity will allow us to serve our church family, our city, and future generations in new ways.

This opportunity isn't simply about owning a building. It's about creating a home that removes barriers to ministry and creates space for people to encounter Jesus, grow in community, and be sent into the city.

Together we're trusting God to raise $250,000 in 40 days to secure a permanent home for Every Nation Church Seattle by completing the down payment and preparing for closing. Our deadline is September 10.

Why this building?
We believe this building is more than a property—it's an opportunity to better support the mission God has already given us.

It provides dedicated space for children's ministry, discipleship, hospitality, and gathering together as one church family while allowing us to continue serving Seattle for years to come. Most importantly, we believe it removes barriers so we can more effectively love people, make disciples, and reach our city.
How did this opportunity come about?
Earlier this summer, we learned through trusted relationships that The Hallows Church was prayerfully looking for another gospel-centered church to continue ministry in their building.

After spending time praying, touring the property, seeking wise counsel, and evaluating the opportunity, our leadership believes this is worth pursuing together as a church family.
How will we pay for the building?
Our plan combines existing church resources, financing, and a phased generosity campaign.

Every Nation Church Seattle has been preparing responsibly through financial reserves, and we're inviting our church family, alumni, ministry partners, and friends to prayerfully participate in this next chapter as God leads.
What happens to the Hub?
The Hub will continue serving our church as we move through this transition. While there are still important details to work through, our desire is to make any transition thoughtfully and communicate clearly along the way.

As plans become more defined, we'll share updates well in advance so everyone knows what to expect.
What happens to The Hallows Church?
After years of faithfully serving the Wallingford community, The Hallows Church discerned that this chapter of their ministry was coming to a close.

Their hope has been to see the building remain a place where the gospel is proclaimed and disciples are made. If this opportunity moves forward, we'll continue honoring their legacy while warmly welcoming anyone from The Hallows who chooses to make ENCS their church home.

  • Share this opportunity with family and friends who may want to partner with what God is doing through ENCS.
