7. Jesus is Crucified and Dies

A three-hour darkness descends upon the land: “When the sixth hour had come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour.” The earth quakes, the temple curtain is torn, and Jesus thirsts.

John 19:28-37

Reflect on the profound mystery of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, which brings salvation and redemption to all humanity. 

- Pray for a deeper appreciation of the significance of Christ's death and resurrection in your own life.

- Pray for those who have yet to encounter the truth of Jesus' saving grace, that they may come to know Him as their Lord and Savior. Ask for opportunities to share the hope of the Gospel with others and to bear witness to Christ's victory over sin and death.
