Where We Meet
We meet on Sunday mornings at 10am in the Thornton Place Regal Cinemas near the Northgate Mall. It might seem weird to have church in a movie theater, but it's got the comfiest church seats you'll ever sit in and it's always air conditioned! Why not come by and join us on a Sunday? We'll have some donuts (and maybe a free movie ticket!) waiting for you!
Parking is plentiful with a spacious garage right under the theater. There is also plenty of free street parking on Sundays.
What to Expect
During Service
We start with praise and worship, singing contemporary Christian songs that celebrate what our God has done for us! This is usually followed by announcements, our time of giving, and then a short sermon that lasts about 30 minutes. Afterwards, people are welcome to pray with us or mingle with the rest of the church for refreshments or go out to lunch together.
Kids Church
Kids get dismissed after the announcements are finished. Parents are encouraged to see them safely to their classes before returning for the sermon. Once classes have started, parents will be notified by text message if they are needed for any reason to check on their children.
Newcomers' Reception
On the last Sunday of every month, we have a welcome reception to meet newcomers who'd like to get to know us better. This is a casual, no pressure event with our pastoral staff right after service ends. Refreshments are usually served! We hope to meet you there!
